ATTENTION: Eighth Grade Parents

We are collecting photos of your child(ren) for the end-of-year GW 8th grade slideshow, which will be shown during the promotion ceremony in June. Please send in 2-3 photos, via email, of your 8th grader - no hard copies please.  Remember to use the following guidelines when choosing your pictures.

  • Group photos of GW 8th graders are ideal as we’re hoping to keep the show under 10 minutes.
  • Title the photo with the name of your child and any other 8th graders in the photo.
  • Photos can be from school, sports and other social activities.
  • Photos from middle school preferred.
  • Avoid photos that contain other family members or friends from another school.
  • Email the ‘actual’ size image (some emails will reduce the photo but this can be changed manually); if the photos are too small, they won’t show well when projected onto a large screen.
  • Your child may have good group shots on their phones.

Pictures should be sent to [email protected]The deadline for submission is Friday, March 31.
